Before you buy
Not sure which product or duration is right for you? Send us an email (or ping us on Discord) with what you're looking for, and we'll help you pick.
Your order hasn't arrived
Email us with your order reference or payment confirmation and we'll investigate right away. See our Refund Policy for how non-delivery refunds work.
Something isn't working
Tell us which product and duration you purchased and what's happening — the more detail (screenshots, error messages), the faster we can sort it out.
Requesting a refund
Refunds are available in two specific cases — see our full Refund Policy for eligibility — email us with your order details to start a request.
