01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Aetherix Market governing your access to and use of aetherixmarket.com (the "Site") and any product, license key, subscription, or digital good sold through it (collectively, the "Products"). By visiting the Site, creating an order, completing a checkout, or otherwise using a Product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which are incorporated here by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must not access the Site or purchase any Product. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate access, or cancel orders at our discretion, subject to the terms of our Refund Policy.

02 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from Aetherix Market. If you are between 13 and the age of majority, you may only use the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf and takes full responsibility for your use of any Product purchased.

By placing an order you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements, that all information you provide during checkout is accurate and complete, and that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.

03 Definitions

• "Product" means any software, license key, activation credential, or digital subscription access sold through the Site.
• "Duration" means the length of time a given Product license remains active, as selected at checkout (e.g. 1 Day, 7 Days, 30 Days, Lifetime).
• "Key" means the license key, credential, or access method delivered to you upon completed payment.
• "Payment Processor" means the third-party checkout and payment infrastructure provider used to process transactions on the Site.
• "You" or "User" means any individual who accesses the Site or purchases a Product.

04 Description of Service

Aetherix Market operates as a storefront for the resale of third-party software licenses and digital access credentials related to CS2, GTA V and RDR2. All Products are delivered electronically; we do not sell, ship, or provide any physical goods. Delivery is generally automated and occurs immediately upon confirmed payment, subject to Section 8 below.

We do not develop the underlying software sold through the Site. We act solely as a reseller and distributor of access to third-party products, and our role is limited to facilitating the purchase, delivery, and post-sale support of those Products.

05 Accounts & Order Information

The Site does not require you to create a persistent account to place an order. You are, however, responsible for providing accurate contact information (such as a valid email address or Discord username) at checkout, as this information is used to deliver your Product and to provide support. Aetherix Market is not responsible for non-delivery caused by inaccurate or incomplete contact information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any Key or credential delivered to you. Aetherix Market is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your Key.

06 License Grant & Restrictions

Upon successful payment, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased Product for the selected Duration, for your personal use only. This license does not constitute a sale of the underlying software and does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

You may not, and agree not to:

• resell, sublicense, rent, lease, lend, or otherwise redistribute a Key or any access derived from it to any third party;
• share a single Key across multiple users or devices beyond what is expressly permitted for the Product purchased;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any Product, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
• use a Product for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that violates the rights of any third party;
• circumvent, disable, or interfere with any licensing, activation, or security mechanism embedded in a Product.

Any violation of this Section immediately terminates your license without refund and may result in a permanent ban from future purchases.

07 Payments, Pricing & Taxes

All payments are processed by a third-party Payment Processor integrated into the Site's checkout. Aetherix Market does not directly collect or store full payment card numbers; payment data is handled entirely within the Payment Processor's secure infrastructure in accordance with its own terms and applicable card network standards.

Prices displayed on the Site are subject to change at any time without prior notice, but any change will not affect an order already completed. You are responsible for any transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or taxes that may apply to your purchase based on your location and payment method. Prices are listed exclusive of such fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.

08 Delivery

Products are delivered automatically and instantly upon confirmed payment in the vast majority of cases. In rare circumstances, delivery may be delayed due to manual fraud review by the Payment Processor, technical issues, or unusually high order volume. If your Product has not arrived within a reasonable time after payment confirmation, contact us via Discord as described in Section 20 so we can investigate and, where appropriate, redeliver or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

09 Third-Party Platforms & Assumption of Risk

Products sold through the Site are designed to interact with third-party games and platforms. Using such Products may violate the end-user license agreement, terms of service, or anti-cheat policy of the underlying game or platform, and may result in consequences imposed by that third party, including but not limited to temporary or permanent suspension of your game account, hardware bans, or loss of in-game progress or purchases.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for evaluating this risk before purchasing or using any Product, and that Aetherix Market bears no responsibility for any action taken against your account, hardware, or other property by a third-party game publisher, platform holder, or anti-cheat provider. You purchase and use all Products entirely at your own risk.

10 Prohibited Conduct

In addition to the restrictions in Section 6, you agree not to:

• submit fraudulent payment information or use a stolen or unauthorized payment method;
• abuse, threaten, or harass Aetherix Market staff or other users through Discord or any other communication channel;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its infrastructure, or other users' orders or data;
• use automated means (bots, scrapers) to interact with the Site outside of normal browsing or checkout behavior;
• misrepresent your identity or eligibility in order to obtain a Product, refund, or support outcome you are not entitled to.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel pending orders, and permanently ban any user found engaging in the conduct described above.

11 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you have an issue with an order, you agree to contact us via Discord first and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve it under our Refund Policy before initiating a chargeback, dispute, or reversal with your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, or after a refund request has already been denied under our Refund Policy, will result in the immediate and permanent revocation of any active license associated with the disputed order and a permanent ban from future purchases on the Site. We reserve the right to contest any chargeback with evidence of delivery and usage where applicable.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including its design, layout, branding, logo, graphics, and text (excluding the third-party Products we resell) — is the property of Aetherix Market or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

All trademarks, product names, and brand references belonging to third parties (including but not limited to Valve, Rockstar Games, and Take-Two Interactive) remain the property of their respective owners and are used on the Site solely for identification purposes.

13 Disclaimer of Warranties

Products and the Site are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or continued compatibility with any third-party game, platform, operating system, or anti-cheat software.

We do not warrant that a Product will remain undetected by any third-party anti-cheat system, that it will be compatible with future game updates, or that access will be uninterrupted or error-free. Where a Product genuinely fails to function as described and this is verified by us, remedies are limited to those described in our Refund Policy.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aetherix Market and its owners, operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or game account access, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any Product, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

In any event, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of a Product shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Aetherix Market for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

15 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aetherix Market and its owners, operators, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your breach of these Terms, your misuse of a Product, or your violation of any third-party rights or third-party terms of service.

16 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or any Product license at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or initiated a chargeback in violation of Section 11. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund of any amount already paid.

Sections of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 12 through 15 and 18 — will survive any termination of these Terms.

17 Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, offerings, or applicable law. The updated version will be indicated by a revised "Last updated" date at the top of this page and will take effect as soon as it is posted. Your continued use of the Site or any Product after a revision becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to bring it to your attention.

18 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us via Discord. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, either party may pursue any remedy available to it under applicable law.

19 Miscellaneous

Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aetherix Market regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements.

No Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights granted under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
