This Privacy Policy explains how Aetherix Market ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information in connection with your use of aetherixmarket.com (the "Site") and any purchase made through it.
01 Introduction
We know Products sold through Aetherix Market involve a degree of sensitivity, and we take the privacy of everyone who visits or buys from the Site seriously. This Policy is written to be a genuine, readable description of our data practices rather than boilerplate — please read it alongside our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
By using the Site, you consent to the data practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.
02 Information We Collect
We collect the minimum amount of information reasonably necessary to deliver your Product and provide support:
- Order information you provide at checkout, such as an email address and/or Discord username, used to deliver your Product and communicate with you about your order.
- Transaction metadata, such as the Product purchased, Duration selected, order total, and order timestamp.
- Support communications, including messages you send us via Discord when requesting help, reporting an issue, or requesting a refund.
- Technical data collected automatically when you browse the Site, such as IP address, browser type, device type, and general usage patterns, typically gathered through standard web server logs and/or privacy-respecting analytics.
We do not collect or store your full payment card number, CVV, or bank account credentials at any point — that information is entered directly into our Payment Processor's own secure checkout, as described in Section 6.
03 How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- process and deliver your order, including generating and sending your license key or access credential;
- provide customer support and respond to inquiries, refund requests, or disputes;
- detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, chargebacks, and abuse of our Products or Site;
- maintain, secure, and improve the performance and reliability of the Site;
- comply with legal obligations, including responding to lawful requests from public authorities.
We do not use your personal information for targeted advertising, and we do not sell your personal information to data brokers or third-party marketers.
06 Payment Processing
All payments made on the Site are handled by a third-party Payment Processor integrated directly into our checkout. When you enter your payment details, you are providing them directly to that processor under its own privacy policy and security standards — Aetherix Market never receives or stores your full card number or equivalent payment credentials. We only receive confirmation that a payment was successful, along with limited transaction metadata (amount, order reference, and payment status) needed to fulfill your order.
07 Data Retention
We retain order and support information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including maintaining records needed to process refund requests within the eligibility window described in our Refund Policy, to respond to disputes or chargebacks, and to comply with legal or accounting obligations. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.
08 Data Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the information we hold against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping any credentials or Keys we deliver to you confidential.
09 Your Rights & Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal information, which can include the right to request access to the information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of your information (subject to our legitimate need to retain certain records, such as those needed for fraud prevention or legal compliance), and object to or restrict certain processing.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us via Discord as described in Section 14. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.
10 Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it promptly. Please refer to Section 2 (Eligibility) of our Terms of Service for our broader age requirements.
11 International Users
The Site may be accessed from countries other than the one in which our infrastructure or service providers are located. By using the Site, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in a country different from your own, which may have data protection laws that differ from those of your jurisdiction. We take steps to ensure such transfers are handled in a manner consistent with this Policy.

The Site may contain links to third-party services, including our Discord server and our Payment Processor's checkout pages. This Policy does not apply to those third-party services, and we encourage you to review their respective privacy policies, as we have no control over and are not responsible for their data practices.
